“Customer”, “Person”, “User”, “You” and “Your” are the persons accessing this site and accepting the Crenw terms,
“Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to Crenw. “Party” and “Parties”,
it expresses both the customer and ourselves.
The content of this agreement is that it contains elements aimed at protecting the rights of users receiving services from Crenw and Crenw in relation to the services provided by Crenw.
This agreement starts when the customer places an order and pays using any of the payment channels, or undertakes to do so without paying, and ends at the end of the service period.

The installation time for VDS and rental server services is 48 hours, unless otherwise specified.
The delivery time of the software and license services is no more than 3 working days, unless otherwise specified in writing/orally.
If no delivery is made within the specified time, the amount of the payment made will be refunded as the account balance if requested.
Crenw reserves the right to terminate any service at any time without notice or notice, without refund or partial refund, without reason.
Insulting/showing rude behavior to any of our employees will result in the suspension/termination of your account/service/services that you have received.
In such a case, your membership will be terminated and the contract will be terminated without any refund.
Sites that receive attacks that indirectly or directly damage our servers and/or cause problems such as slowdowns/outages may be terminated without notice and without a refund.
If you are requested to cover the damage caused by you, you are responsible for paying the necessary fee within the requested period without objection.
We reserve the right to terminate the free services or sponsorships we provide without giving a valid reason.
If you feel dissatisfied within the first 3 days, you can return the web hosting packages and get your payment back as an account balance, but other products cannot be canceled and these services cannot be refunded.
All refunds are made within 30 business days.
The refund guarantee does not cover accounts that have been suspended/discontinued due to non-compliance with the service agreement.
Crenw has no obligation to support any service received and its sole responsibility is to deliver the service in working order.
Providing Crenw's software support and performing customer's operations (mail operations, database creation, panel installation, etc.) there are no obligations.
In software services, Crenw is only responsible for delivering software that runs smoothly.
It is entirely Crenw's initiative to provide support in cases other than these.
In case of non-fulfillment of the 99% uptime guarantee guaranteed by Crenw, Crenw is obliged to provide 1 month of free use for the corresponding service if the customer requests it.
Crenw maintains and monitors uptime reports itself. Uptime reports reported by third-party monitoring software do not apply to Crenw.
In cases where the Uptime guarantee is not fulfilled, the customer can contact Crenw and request the right to free service up to 2 times the downtime period.
Crenw is not responsible for the operation or availability of the VDS or leased server in the case of VDS and leased server services, only a network warranty is provided, and Crenw is not responsible for the operation or availability of the VDS or leased server.
In cases where the Uptime guarantee cannot be fulfilled, the discount that will be provided for VDS /Rental server services, 3. It does not cover party software/license fees.
By receiving services from us, you will not cause us any harm in any way, you agree that you will not cause any material/moral damage and you undertake that you will cover any material/moral damage caused.
Crenw reserves the right to make changes to all the services it provides. You can edit the packages as you wish and Crenw cannot be held responsible for changing the properties of the packages.
For the purchased service, during the period of service that you have purchased, unless you have purchased an october feature or made use of it outside the limits allowed to you,
there will be no october charge from you. Crenw reserves the right to change prices or renew services with new pricing at the end of the service period.
By receiving services from us, you agree not to give us any legal obligations. In such a case, you undertake that you will cover all court and lawyer costs within the requested period.
Crenw cannot be held responsible for any damage that your works may cause.
Crenw does not offer any guarantees about the services it provides.
These include problems that may arise from us.
3 Of the data/information in the event of a hacking incident that may occur. crenw will not accept responsibility if it is obtained by individuals.
You are responsible for all your data for all services received from Crenw. Crenw is not responsible for taking backups in any service it provides.
The backup service is offered for the convenience of the customer and there are absolutely no guarantees about backups.
For this reason, Crenw cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur.
Unlimited web hosting services include hosting only the files of websites and only the traffic of the website.
Unlimited web hosting space cannot be used for data storage and/or backup purposes.
Each opened hosting account has a limit of 200,000 inodes (file hosting).
Each opened hosting account has a 2MB I/O limit.
All the items in the Web Hosting section are valid for unlimited hosting and reseller hosting services.
If you are getting a Reseller hosting account, you are responsible for supporting your own customers. Crenw will not support reseller hosting users' customers. In addition, our reseller hosting users are responsible for the content of their customers' sites. In no way can Crenw be held responsible for the illegal behavior and contractual behavior of reseller hosting users that their customers will do.
Crenw has absolutely no tolerance for unsolicited e-mail, bulk e-mail and spam e-mails.
If this is not followed, the services received will be terminated with or without notice.
All services that cause our IP block to be entered into e-mail blacklists (black list) will be terminated without notice.
Crenw has the right to charge the customer who caused the IP block to be placed on the e-mail blacklists the necessary fee to correct this situation if the IP block is placed on the e-mail blacklists.
By receiving services from us, you agree that in such cases you will pay the required fee within the requested period without objection.
Crenw has the right to update and change this agreement unilaterally at any time without prior notice. The Customer declares and undertakes that he/she has accepted the changes that may be made on these contracts in advance.
Bursa Courts and Enforcement Agencies are authorized to resolve any disputes arising during the implementation of this agreement.
